About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Analyst based in Hyderabad to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, manage project planning activities, and ensure timely delivery of solutions using Jira and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
Translate requirements into user stories and maintain the product backlog in Jira
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project planning and scheduling
Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making
Facilitate communication between business users and development teams
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in business analysis or related role
Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking and requirements management
Strong project planning skills
Excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools
Business process modeling certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
Exposure to stakeholder management and communication platforms
